- Scope of Mobile Services
D Hart Mobile Screening, LLC is a fully mobile provider of professional screening services, including drug testing, alcohol testing, and fingerprinting. We do not maintain a physical walk-in clinic; all services are performed on-site at user-specified locations or mobile units within our Georgia service area. - Regulatory Compliance & DOT Testing
We offer Department of Transportation (DOT) compliant testing services. All DOT drug and alcohol screenings are conducted strictly in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 procedures. Clients or employers booking these services warrant that they are authorized to request such screenings and agree to cooperate with all mandated federal testing protocols. - Mobile Dispatch, Access, and Site Requirements
By scheduling a mobile screening appointment, you agree to the following operational terms:
• Safe Environment: You must provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for our screening technicians to perform their duties.
• Authorized Access: You guarantee that our technician will have lawful access to the requested physical site at the scheduled time.
• Delays and Cancellations: Because we operate a mobile dispatch, cancellations made within 8 hours of the appointment time, or a failure to provide access within 15 minutes of our technician’s arrival, may result in a non-refundable dispatch or cancellation fee. - Not Medical or Legal Advice

To the maximum extent permitted under Georgia law, D Hart Mobile Screening, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from mobile service delays caused by traffic, severe weather, force majeure, or client-provided site delays. Our total liability for any service rendered shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific screening event. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia. - Contact Information
