Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 2026
D Hart Mobile Screening, LLC values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and securely handle your personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or utilize our mobile drug, alcohol, and fingerprinting services in Georgia.

  1. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly to execute professional screening operations:
        •    To dispatch mobile screening units and verify the identities of test subjects.
        •    To process and document drug, alcohol, or fingerprint testing in accordance with DOT (49 CFR Part 40) or non-DOT corporate mandates.
        •    To securely transmit screening documentation to authorized laboratories and Medical Review Officers (MROs).
        •    To process payments and send digital invoices.
  2. Information We Collect
In order to provide compliant on-site screening services, we collect information that identifies you, which may include:
        •    Contact Information: Name, email address, corporate name, physical location address for mobile dispatch, and phone number.
        •    Government Identifiers: Driver’s license numbers, commercial driver’s license (CDL) data, or social security numbers as required by federal Chain of Custody forms.
        •    Sensitive and Biometric Data: Physical fingerprint scans (for background checks) and health-related specimens (urine, breath, saliva) collected during drug and alcohol screenings.
  3. Secure Sharing and Disclosure of Data
We never sell personal, health, or biometric data. Your information is shared only under strict compliance guidelines:
        •    Mandated Parties: To HHS-certified laboratories and MROs tasked with reviewing and confirming test results.
        •    Employers/Designated Employer Representatives (DERs): If a test is ordered, paid for, or required by an employer or a federal agency (for DOT compliance), the results and status are securely delivered directly to that authorized corporate representative.
        •    Federal/State Clearinghouses: As required by law, including reporting positive results or test refusals to the DOT Commercial Driver’s License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, when applicable.
  4. Biometric and Physical Data Security
Because we operate completely mobile, D Hart Mobile Screening, LLC employs advanced mobile security measures. Digital information, including fingerprint data, is collected and encrypted using secure, compliant electronic hardware and transport protocols. Physical Chain of Custody forms are locked securely during transit within our mobile vehicles and are processed under strict privacy conditions.
  5. Data Retention
We retain testing logs, background checks, and federal custody forms in accordance with mandatory federal and state retention rules. For example, DOT-mandated records are held for the specific multi-year durations required under federal law, after which they are securely destroyed.
  6. Georgia Privacy Rights
While Georgia does not have a comprehensive state consumer privacy law like California, we respect your rights to verify that your data is handled securely. You or your authorized employer representative may request details regarding how your records are stored or transmitted by contacting us directly.
  7. Updates to This Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changing state or federal regulations. The updated version will be indicated by the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
